For over 14 years, PALS has provided free regional flights for medical transport in the Northeast while receiving no compensation.
WE DON’T PROVIDE AIR AMBULANCE SERVICES OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION.
No fees of any kind are charged to our passengers for these services.

The Patient AirLift Services’ network of volunteer pilots provide free regional flights for medical transport and receive no compensation, using their own or rented aircraft. No fees of any kind are charged for these services. We don’t provide ground transportation.
Generally, the individuals who turn to PALS SkyHope for air transportation are receiving diagnosis, medical treatment or follow-up for acute or chronic healthcare conditions and cannot afford commercial or charter flights.
